Cancellation policy

Cancellation of course registration must be requested by email, info@ferrertechnique.org, 3 days after documented registration date. Once certification course is purchased, attendees have a period of 3 days to receive a refund. A cancellation fee of 3% for credit card fee will be charged as well as items of extra expense that are necessary for the portion of the program. if applicable. If cancellation is requested after the 3 week period, attendee’s refund will not be approved, but attendee will receive full credit with the academy for future certifications on the attendee’s account. If attendees apply within 3 weeks before start date, the registration is non-refundable and will receive full credit with the academy for future certifications on the attendee’s account.
